Minnetonka Estates—the Alderville Seniors Complex
While we have housing for families and
individuals, most recently our community has
placed a focus on providing housing for our
seniors—people who are 65 years old or older.
Our seniors housing includes the following:
• Eight “Granny flats” where our seniors
live independently. These apartments are

duplex: a home split into two
• A senior’s complex called Minnetonka different living units for two
different families
Estates, which has six apartments that
each have two bedrooms. The complex
has a common area that is furnished with
tables and seating, and a full kitchen that
the residents all share. These areas allow
seniors to invite over family and friends for
small gatherings.
• Our newest project of two duplexes with
two bedrooms each. Each unit is fully
equipped for seniors who have challenges
moving around. This project has allowed
members to return to the community after
being away for many years.
It is a dream of ours to build a nursing home as
an addition to the senior’s complex. We want
our senior members to be able to stay in the
community where many have spent their
entire lives.
