Gatherings
Much of our culture is based on community gatherings and fun!
For example, there are community gatherings at Halloween and
Valentine’s Day.
One of the highlights of the year happens at Christmas. We
gather around and share a big meal in our community centre,
which is packed! At this time, we host a craft show and sale, and
have a Christmas concert. The children sing Christmas carols,
performing solos to proud community members.
Powwows, like this school powwow, are popular gatherings
