Spiritual Practice
Our community has a long history of Christianity dating back to
the Methodists. The United Church in our community is rooted in
that history.
There are also people in our community who practise traditional
First Nations spirituality—values and beliefs that have been
passed on for generations. Some of our people follow both
United Church and traditional practices. How each member
chooses to express spirituality is respected as a matter of
personal choice.
