authored by our member, Irene Snache. The cover

Among our Rama Elders, Myrna Watson is a strong voice
for bringing the language back to life. Lorraine McRae,
Irene Snache, and the late Shirley Shilling have all shown great
leadership and continue to promote language learning. They
continue to be much respected. Connecting language to song,
these three ladies released an album called Mnjikaning Ojibwe
Singers (Anishinabekwe) Gospel in 1994. They also participated in
other language activities and received countless awards.
