Population

As of 2018, the population of our First Nation was 2513 people.
This population only includes Status Indians. Status Indian refers
to someone whose parents are of First Nations ancestry and
whose birth has been registered with CIRNAC.

There may be other members of the First Nation who are not
registered or who do not qualify according to the strict CIRNAC
guidelines. As a result, the number of people who belong to the
First Nation or are related to members of the First Nation may
be higher than the registration list shows.

Our population includes people from our own First Nation who
