On behalf of OTC and our member First Nations, we would like to congratulate Jackie Hall, Infrastructure Specialist, for achieving her Building Code Qualified (BCQ) designation through the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA). Jackie continues to demonstrate commitment and dedication to serving our member First Nations with Housing Inspections and areas of Housing related programs.
This Building Code Qualified designation is the acknowledgment of professionalism and expertise and is recognized throughout the building industry in Ontario. The OBOA is a self-governing, not-for-profit, professional association for Ontario Building Officials.
